Annual notification

In some cases you only have to report once a year.

You are eligible for an annual report if:

Small company

You can use the annual report if you:

• 1 to 9 employs workers
• located within a radius of 100 kilometers from the Dutch border
• performed at least 3 transnational services in the Netherlands in the previous calendar year or made a valid notification in the previous calendar year and
• are registered in the trade register, or a similar register in neighboring countries

You cannot use the annual report if you work in the construction sector, job placement, the temporary employment sector or personnel management.

Independent

You can use the annual report if you:

• works in a sector that is subject to the reporting obligation
• are located within a radius of 100 kilometers from the Dutch border
• performed at least 3 transnational services in the Netherlands in the previous calendar year or made a valid notification in the previous calendar year and
• are registered in the trade register, or a comparable register in a neighboring country

You cannot use the annual report if you work in the construction sector, job placement, the temporary employment sector or personnel management.

Freight transport by road

You can use the annual report if yaou work as a service provider or self-employed person in the sector Freight transport by road (Standard Business Classification group H 49.4). This also applies if you provide services on behalf of a service recipient established in the Netherlands.
